Training & Development

The development of workforce skills is often carried out by vocational trainers and management development trainers employed directly by companies and organisations.

At Cardonald College, we recognise this practice as an important activity which requires support. For that reason we have developed a suite of qualifications that assist the trainer to develop their teaching, assessment and classroom management techniques.

The curriculum we have developed has been taught off-campus by our lecturers within the UK and at overseas locations.

We welcome enquiries from Directors of companies, organisations and government departments with responsibility for training & development who need to develop training capacity.
